Website Terms of Use
Website Terms of Use effective 17 September 2026 for evidview.com and its inquiry form.
Inspectable claims. Declared scope. Human accountability.
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the public website at https://evidview.com, operated by Anton Karizsky, trading as EvidView. EvidView is currently operated by an individual and is not a separate incorporated legal entity. Legal notices may be sent to legal@evidview.com.
These terms do not govern an authenticated EvidView product, a design-partner engagement, professional services, a pilot, or another service. Each such activity requires a separate written agreement.
2. Informational website
The website explains a product thesis, a locally qualified prototype, research direction, and synthetic examples. It does not provide legal, regulatory, quality, medical, security, validation, or compliance advice. Website content is not a substitute for accountable review of your own controlled processes.
3. Product status and examples
Prototype, research, synthetic, illustrative, and future-work labels are material. Synthetic cases contain fictional data and do not represent a customer result. Descriptions of intended workflows do not promise current functionality, availability, outcomes, certification, or a commercial service.
4. Permitted use
- You may view and share ordinary links to publicly available pages for lawful evaluation and discussion.
- You must not interfere with the site, bypass access or abuse controls, introduce malicious code, probe non-public systems without written authorization, misrepresent site content or status, or use the site in violation of law.
- Do not submit controlled documents, confidential source content, credentials, patient information, special-category data, or export-controlled material through a first-contact form.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content and EvidView name and mark are owned by Anton Karizsky or used under licence. A visitor receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to view the public website and share ordinary links for lawful evaluation and discussion. No ownership or other intellectual-property right is transferred.
Third-party names, materials, and open-source components remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licences. EvidView is not represented as a registered trade mark, and the registered-trade-mark symbol is not used.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sources. Their content, availability, and practices are governed by their operators. A link is not an endorsement or a warranty. Website infrastructure providers are described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or remove public website content. Research notes may be corrected or superseded with their status recorded. Changes to binding terms apply prospectively under section 11; we do not rely on undisclosed retroactive changes.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The website provides general information about a prototype, product thesis, research direction, and synthetic examples. We use reasonable care in preparing it, but do not promise that it is complete, current, error-free, continuously available, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions concerning your controlled processes and should obtain appropriate professional advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to any statutory fairness and reasonableness requirements, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or reputation; or loss, corruption, or restoration of data arising from use of or reliance on this informational website.
No monetary liability cap is stated in these website terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer or other rights that cannot be waived by contract.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms and non-contractual disputes relating to the public website are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory rights that apply under the law of a visitor's location. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
10. Acceptance for inquiry submission
The production inquiry form requires a separate unchecked control stating: ‘I agree to the Website Terms of Use.’ The accepted Terms version is recorded server-side. Separately, the form states: ‘Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your personal data.’ Presentation of the Privacy Notice is not treated as contractual consent.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract for a product, pilot, design-partner engagement, or services, and does not require EvidView to accept a proposal or begin an engagement. A separate written agreement is required for any engagement.
11. Contact and changes
Legal contact: legal@evidview.com. Effective date: 17 September 2026. Version: terms-2026-09-17-v1. Changes apply prospectively from the stated date. If a material change requires renewed agreement, we will request it before the next action to which the changed terms apply. We do not rely on silence or undisclosed retroactive changes as acceptance.
