Bring one historical change
Use a completed controlled-document revision to test whether the product thesis maps to a real review problem—without sending confidential documents in the first contact.
Prototype
Inspectable claims. Declared scope. Human accountability.
A useful case
- Has an identifiable old and new controlled revision.
- Changed an obligation, deadline, threshold, role, sequence, prerequisite, or exception.
- Required people to assess downstream documents, training, forms, systems, or procedures.
- Has a known historical outcome that can support later adjudication.
What to share first
Share your role, organization, business email, document type, and a non-confidential description of why the change was difficult. Do not attach or paste source excerpts, personal data, credentials, patient information, export-controlled material, or confidential controlled content.
- Non-confidential intent
- Fit check
- Separate data agreement
- Bounded historical replay
- Private adjudicated outcome
- Publication only with evidence and permission
What happens next
- We confirm whether the case fits the current thesis and source boundary.
- If both sides want to proceed, data handling, scope, participants, and evaluation criteria are agreed before any source material is transferred.
- A later historical replay compares the product findings with the adjudicated known outcome.
- Results remain synthetic or private unless evidence, review, and publication permission support a public case.
Current status
The product baseline is a locally qualified prototype. This page is an invitation to discuss a case, not evidence of an existing program, participant, pilot, or production service.
